NICE TO MEET YOU

I know how to WRITE your story

“May I write words more naked than flesh, stronger than bone, more resilient than sinew, sensitive than nerve.”

Sappho

Hello! I am Konrad Sierzputowski, a researcher, writer, and narrative designer.

I hold a PhD in contemporary culture from Jagiellonian University, where I have been an academic teacher for the past decade. Now I work as an assistant professor at the Department of Film and Visual Culture at the University of Warsaw. My research interests include the history of audiovisual media, transformations of digital landscape, and vernacular cultural practices — both online and offline.

I understand the mechanisms behind cultural trends and know how to translate them into successful theater plays, movie scripts, and video game scenarios. My specialties include comedy genres, transgressive aesthetics, and minoritarian perspectives, but I have expertise in other socio-political topics as well. I have been working with institutions, educators, artists, performers, and directors to shape their ideas into engaging multimedia stories.

I use well-known cultural texts to discuss contemporary social issues, positive representation strategies, and inclusive language, both in Polish and English.

If you think I might help you with your project, send me a message.

I hope to hear from you soon!
